Terms & Conditions

We at Celtri want to provide a positive, accessible and flexible service for your function. Below are some points outlining our service. All bookings are taken subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
  • Your Celtri Package will be sent to you via email or post to confirm the details of your booking.
  • We ask that the balance is to be paid 14 days prior to the date of the function or by cash on the day of your function.
  • All details must be finalised 14 days prior to the date of the function.
  • Celtri ask that couples select their ceremony music from the repertoire list provided. If requested we will strive to learn one or two new tunes for your ceremony as long as they compliment our instruments and we are satisfied that a tasteful arrangement can be prepared.
  • Our Pre Dinner drinks set lasts for 90minutes. A time must be agreed as to when you would like your pre dinner drinks entertainment to start.
  • Celtri are happy to perform outdoors, although to protect our instruments from direct sunlight or precipitation, suitable cover may be required.
  • Within any function exceeding one hour, we will be entitled to suitable rest periods in accordance with the rules of the Musicians Union.
  • All fees quoted are valid for 30 days or until earlier acceptance of the booking is made by the client, After this 30 day period, the price may be altered by Celtri without giving notice to the client.
  • All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT.
  • If you cancel less than four weeks from the date of the engagement, 50% of your balance must be paid.
  • If you cancel less than two weeks from the date of engagement, 100% of your balance must be paid.
